breakfast selection wide choice covered walkway faulty tv shower dripping constant steam

i appreciated the breakfast selection. there was a huge choice. the staff was friendly and helpful. i liked that the hotel provides convenient access to the arena from a covered walkway.

the tv in my room wasn't working properly. i had to wait for an engineer to fix it (it took a while). despite the shower being switched off, water was still dripping out. this caused the bathroom to steam up constantly.

The location was GREAT for the event i attended. The room was modern. The bathroom was quite spacious with nice toiletries.

The staff didn't greet me with eye contact. I had to ask for help with my luggage. I was initially checked into a room with special needs and it took an hour to move to a normal room.

direct walkway great selection fresh fruit

I was really pleased with the direct walkway access to the o2 arena. this made attending an event there convenient. the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The fresh fruit and pastries were a lovely start to the day.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in one corner of the room.

the hotel's proximity to north greenwich station is very convenient. it is easy to reach central destinations. the covered walkway to the o2 provides great access, especially during events.

The hotel offers a private walkway directly into the o2 arena, so getting to my concert was easy. every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Made a difference. the room itself was spacious and VERY clean, i must say.

the polyester duvet was a bit noisy, and i found it slightly disruptive while trying to sleep.

Breakfast had plenty of choices and the buffet items were well-prepared. I liked the variety. the dining room staff was friendly and helpful. I always appreciate good service. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

I had convenient access to the O2 Arena. The staff was professional. They helped.

The phone service was not very good unless I ordered room service. The sauna was closed. It is to be refurbished in the future, but there are no plans for the work currently.
